Venus Viswambharan has nearly 8 years of Proactive Customer Service expertise, conducting Training for almost 2 years, and resourceful insight in strategic analysis of the above. Associated with major airlines including Emirates airlines ; aviation industry players Like Sharjah National travel  tourist agencies & DNATA in the Middle East and with Tata Business support services in India. She has been consistently energized by opportunities of maintaining product knowledge standards of staff & meeting organizational service level agreements with partners by conducting consistent training and management of staff. Involved in analyzing the customer grievance–satisfaction trend in the said fields.
In the process of uplifting and inspiring her team to achieve success she experienced a sense of euphoria . Ever since she has been on a journey of self discovery and applying principles of Anthony Robbins, Dr Wayne Dyer ,Eckhart Tolle, Louise Hay , Swami Chinmayananda and Abraham hicks in her daily life. Her passion is to reach out and share her learnings and experiences to uplift people around her . She conducted workshops on ” The Key to your amazing self” in Jalandhar, Chandigarh and Gurgaon addressing the power of thoughts and the connection with the supreme creator, which had  very enthusiastic responses .
Apart from this she  enjoys cooking, dancing, being with children, being with nature, spending time with her family & sketching at her home in Gurgaon, India.
